 * Re-issuance cannot be made by group registration. Only new issuance is possible. Please go to the immigration office personally to apply the re-issuance of loss or visa change.

외국인 등록증 신청접수안내

* 접수기한: 2024.03.04. ~ 2024.03.06 17:00

* 제출장소: 국제교육지원팀 사무실(1호관 107호)

* 신청서류

- 통합신청서 1부(이름 대문자, 검정색 펜으로 작성, 국제교육지원팀 사무실에 있음)

- 여권사본

- 사진 1매(여권용 사진, 6개월 이내 촬영, 이전에 사용한 사진은 사용불가)

- 재학증명서

- 수수료 30,000원

- 체류지 입증서류(한국 내 집 계약서, 기숙사 입사증명서 등) 사본 1부

- 사증발급확인서 1부.

* 이번 신청은 국제교육지원팀에서 단체접수를 받는 것으로, 신청기간이 지난 후에는 개별적으로 출입국 사무소를 방문하여 등록해야 함

* 외국인등록증 발급일정

 2. 단체지문등록(4월 중순 예정, 일정 추후 안내)

 3. 실물카드 발급(4월 말~5월 초 수령예정)

* Submit Location: ISC Office (Building 1, room 107)

* Documents

- Application form (name in capital letters, please use black color pen, You can write at our office)

- Passport copy

- Photo (different from passport photo)

- Certificate of enrollment

- Fees (30,000 KRW)

- Residential evidence documents

- Confirmation of Visa Issuance

* This application is received as a group by International Service Center, and after the application period, you must visit the immigration office individually to register.

 1. Submission of Documents

 2. Group fingerprint registration (planned in mid-April, notice later)

 3. Issue of a plastic card (to be received from late April to early May)
